Instructor:

With a Ph. D. in physiological psychology and a bachelor’s degree in natural sciences, Dwight Krehbiel has taught at Bethel College (North Newton, Kan.) since 1978, and in a part-time capacity since 2019. Several sabbaticals have taken him to the INRA (agricultural research institute) near Nouzilly, France. Since retirement from full-time teaching in 2019, he has worked to become a climate educator, especially through the Climate Ambassador program of Climate Interactive, a non-profit organization that develops and disseminates software and other resources for teaching and learning about climate change. He has led numerous workshops under the auspices of this program with audiences ranging from teenagers to retirees.
